Dual purpose website for FP Business Services, Scotland.
FP Business Services wanted to redesign the FP Business website as part of broader customer engagement activities. FP Business aimed to expand their audience, and adopt new ways to engage that audience using their website and social media. The website has two aspects – the business services element and the tax and accountancy element. The new website was launched in June 2015. Staff were trained to update pages and add posts which are a key feature of the website. Ongoing support ensures that the site is backed-up and maintened regularly.
